Discounts and Fees
Group Discounts: Register three or more team members and everyone gets 33% off! It's like getting every 3rd registration for free. To register your group online, select at least three registration options from the menu above, and the discount will automatically be applied. No coupon is necessary.
If you wish to register a group of more than 10 for a single registration type, please contact the Registration Team at email@example.com for assistance.
Please note: Group members must be with the same organization and register at the same time. There is no limit to your group size.
Professional Membership Discounts: Members of the Data Governance Professionals Organization (DGPO) and/or DAMA are entitled to a discount on their registration fees. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Academic Discounts: Academic discounts are available for full-time faculty and students at accredited institutions. For questions about rates or to apply, email email@example.com.
Due to the verification procedures required, registration will close at the end of the day on Friday, December 3, 2021. All new registrations must take place on or before that date.
Other Registration Types
Speakers: You will receive registration instructions in your Speaker Confirmation email.
Exhibitors and Sponsors: You will receive detailed instructions on how to register in your Exhibit and Sponsor kit.
Speaker Replacement or Cancellation
Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers, especially with evolving COVID-19 conditions and travel limitations. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. Alternatively, if the speaker is scheduled to make a conference presentation but is unable to travel due to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, we may attempt to conduct that presentation remotely. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.

Cancellations received by November 19, 2021, will be fully refunded. Cancellations on or after November 20, 2021, will not be entitled to a refund but can receive credit to a future event through 2023. To cancel your registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
If DATAVERSITY is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason on or after November 20, 2021, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events through 2023.
Please Note: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply for registrations that used a past event credit, including those that have been transferred from the rescheduled 2020 events.
